Digitizing is the art of creating a file that provides instructions to the embroidery machine on how to sew your design as thread on a garment. Each design is interpreted and hand-digitized by me. All designs are digitized to minimize jumps, trims and thread changes, as these elements of embroidery add time and cost to your project.

With Carrie Ellen Designs, your budget can be met.  As opposed to the pay per total stitch count, I employ a much more pocket friendly flat rate pricing structure. Pricing is dependent on provided artwork and A price quote will be provided prior to any work started. 

The majority of design requests can be turned around within 24 Hours. Same Day turn around can be accommodated depending on complexity of design and availability.

Information to provide when requesting digitized artwork:

· Name and billing address

· Preferred e-mail address

· Machine format: All major machine digitizing formats can be provided. Please Provide the machine format you require. If you are unsure of what you need, I will provide a DST file which can be read by the majority of embroidery software.

· Final size of embroidery: Please let me know what size your final design sew out will be. All designs are capable of being reduced by approximately 10% except where the stitch density has been manipulated. If you need multiple sizes, please let me know this and I will be sure to provide the needed sizes.

My Pledge:

All Embroidery Machines are not the same so I know that some adjustments may be necessary. If your design does not sew out how you expected, I will work with you to adjust the design, just let me know so I can address any issues you may be having. Customer service is very important to me; thus, no job is complete unless you, the client, is satisfied. 

I WILL NOT share your artwork and digitized files with anyone without your knowledge. In addition, any personal information you provide is strictly used to provide my best customer experience and billing purposes.

Billing:

You will receive an invoice to your provided e-mail which can be paid using all major credit cards, PayPal or Venmo. Your design will arrive in a separate e-mail in a zipped file or via download link.
